"Keeps cutting out on me"
I really wanted this to work, but it just hasn’t been reliable for me. The weird part is, it’ll seem fine for a bit and then randomly cut out when I need it. Frustrating overall.

"Decent, but I expected a bit more for the price"
I ordered this from peavey.com hoping the quality would really justify the price. To be fair, the sound isn’t bad and shipping went smoothly, so I don’t want to make it sound like it was a terrible experience. It works fine, but for what I paid, I expected a little more. Overall, it’s okay, just feels a bit overpriced to me.

"Support Left Me Way More Frustrated Than I Expected"
I reached out to Peavey support about an issue with my amp, i was kind of surprised by how basic the help was. They were polite and all, so I don’t want to make it sound like they were rude, but the suggestions were basically the same things I had already tried from the manual a million times. It felt like I was going in circles forever just to get any real direction, and even when I finally did, it still didn’t actually solve the problem. Nice people, but for a support team, I expected way more technical know-how. I was sitting there like, please, someone rescue this amp already.
"Couldn’t Find Anything in Stock!!!"
I was ready to buy an amp, but literally every single one I clicked on was out of stock?? Super frustrating!!! After checking a bunch of them, I just got annoyed and gave up...
"Site feels outdated"
I mean, peavey.com works fine, but the whole design feels old and a bit messy. The pages don’t look that clean, and honestly... it’s not exactly enjoyable to browse around. I guess I just expected a little better from such a well-known brand.

"Site feels kinda behind"
I was expecting a little more from peavey.com, honestly. The products might be good, but the site itself feels basic. Comparing gear isn’t very easy, the filters don’t help much, and some pages just don’t give enough clear info.
I was trying to figure out what was different between a few items and it just got annoying fast. Maybe it’s all there somewhere, but it don’t feel simple to use. I ended up leaving more confused then when I started.

"I expected better sound from Peavey"
I bought this from peavey.com thinking the sound would be a lot better, but it came across flat and muddy. I messed with the settings for a while hoping I could fix it, but it never really got to where I wanted. It works, so I can’t say it’s totally useless, but I do blame Peavey a bit here because the quality just didn’t match what I expected from them. Shipping was fine, but the sound itself was the letdown.

"Frustrating site, and the policy excuses didn’t help"
I went on peavey.com just trying to find some basic info about a product, and it turned into way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. The pages felt cluttered, the search didn’t really point me in the right direction, and I kept clicking around without finding what I needed. What made it more annoying was getting that vague “policy” type of reasoning instead of actual help or clear answers. It just felt like an excuse, and the whole experience was frustrating

"Good gear, but the packing felt really off"
I ordered this from peavey.com, and the actual gear seems totally fine. Once I got it out and tried it, there wasn’t really an issue with how it worked, so I can’t complain about the item itself.
But the packaging just gave me a bad feeling right away. The box felt kind of flimsy, the corners were all smashed up, and there barely seemed to be anything inside keeping it secure. You could tell it had been shifting around in there, which is just not what you want to see with something like this.
It works, so I’m relieved, but I still feel disappointed about the whole delivery side of it. For the price, I expected it to be packed with way more care. I’m not sure I’d order direct again unless they seriously improve that part.

I bought this Peavey amp thinking I’d be able to haul it to small gigs and practice without it being a whole production. Yeah, nope. This thing is a heavy little monster and way more awkward to carry than I expected. The handle isn’t exactly doing it any favors either, especially if you’ve got to walk more than a few steps. Sound-wise, it’s fine, so I’m not mad about that, but as far as portability goes, this chunky brick is kind of a pain. I really wish the site made the weight and size more obvious before I bought it.

"Sounded good, but didn’t hold up"
I bought a Peavey amp from Peavey at first I was happy with it. The sound was good — well, not amazing, but definitely solid for what I needed, and the shipping was fine too.
After a few months of just normal home use, though, the knobs started feeling loose and one of the inputs got crackly. I wasn’t gigging with it or throwing it around, so it was frustrating. For the price, I expected it to last better. Not the worst amp I’ve owned, but the durability was a letdown.

"Took forever and still wasn’t fixed"
Took way too long to get the repair done, and when it finally came back, it was actually worse than before. Reached out for help, but didn’t really get any useful support. Frustrating experience overall.

I tried to check out and, of course, the site kept messing up on me. I don’t know if it was a glitch or what, but I couldn’t finish my order no matter what I did. Frustrating when you’re just trying to buy something and end up wasting your time.

I ordered this and ended up getting the wrong item not once, but twice. I’m reasonable, but I do expect orders to be checked properly before they’re sent out. Support didn’t really fix anything quickly either, so the whole experience was frustrating and definitely not what I’d consider acceptable

"Warranty support was honestly disappointing"
I had a problem with my Peavey amp while it was still under warranty, so I reached out to support assuming it would be straightforward. I mean, that’s kind of the point of having warranty coverage, right?
It took way longer than I expected to get a response, and once I finally did, it felt like I was just getting bounced from one person to another. I had to explain the same issue multiple times, which made me wonder if anyone was actually keeping track of the case.
By the end of it, I still didn’t really have a clear solution or feel like the problem was taken seriously. Maybe I’m expecting too much, but for warranty support, this felt frustrating and not at all what I thought it would be.
